How It Works
eShop keeps the shopping experience intuitive for customers, delivery boys, and admins — everyone is connected and in sync from browsing to doorstep.
- Step 1 – Customers browse products on the app or web, filter by category or brand, add items to cart, apply promo codes, and place their order with their preferred payment method.
- Step 2 – Admin receives the order notification, confirms it from the dashboard or admin app, and assigns it to a delivery boy for dispatch.
- Step 3 – The delivery boy picks up the package and delivers it to the customer while live status updates keep the shopper in the loop the whole time.
- Step 4 – Payment is processed, invoice is generated, and admin monitors all orders, earnings, delivery performance, and analytics from the central dashboard.
